How to begin your
Child’s Journey
The registration process at the Canadian School Bahrain is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent admission experience for all families. Below are the steps to complete your child’s registration:
- Submit Online Application form through the Admissions Office.
- Review of application form and payment of BD 100 as an application fee.
- Schedule of Assessment and/or Interview
- Assessment and/or interview result (Acceptance/Rejection)
- Offer of admission
- Payment and confirmation
Required documents for registration:
- Most recent photgraph.
- Birth Certificate.
- Vaccination records.
- Passport of parents and student.
- CPRs of parents and student.
- Medical Check-up (Grade 1 applicants).
- Residence permit of parents and student (If applicable).
- Transfer Certificate (After Acceptance) for applicants of Grade 2 onwards.
- Conduct Certificate for applicants of Grade 2 onwards.
Note: Students applying from abroad to Grade 2 and above are required to submit an attested school report as part of the admission process.
Attestation process is as below:
- Stamp of the Ministry of Education of the issuing state or its representative. (This is sufficient for documents issued only from the GCC countires).
- Stamp of both the Ministry of Forieng Affairs of the issuing state and Bahrain’s Embassy, or any entity acting on its behalf or vice versa. (This may be dispensed with an Apostille Certification).
Students registered will receive a Personal Education Number (PEN) which is a nine-digit number assigned to each student enrolled or registered with any BC Certified School.
Graduates from the program receive a BC Certificate of Graduation called the Dogwood Diploma. This Diploma is internationally recognized by the world’s leading universities for entrance to tertiary studies.
