At Canadian School Bahrain, we understand that circumstances may arise that require students to withdraw. We have established a clear and fair Refund Policy to address such situations and ensure transparency in the refund process. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy outlined below.

Our Refund Policy is designed to address various scenarios related to student withdrawals, providing clarity on when and how refunds are granted:

  • Student Withdrawal Process: To initiate the refund process, parents or guardians are required to inform the Registration Department in writing by completing the Student Withdrawal Form.
  • Refund before September 1st: If a student withdraws before September 1st, parents will be eligible for a refund equivalent to 50% of the first installment of the tuition fee.
  • Refund on or after September 1st: For withdrawals occurring on or after September 1st, no refund will be granted.
  • Issuance of Official Letters: An official Withdrawal Letter and, if needed, a Transfer Letter will be issued by the Registration Department only after all outstanding dues to the school have been settled, and any school resources have been returned.
  • Breach of School's Terms and Conditions: Students who are suspended, expelled, or withdrawn by the school due to a breach of the school's terms and conditions will not be entitled to any refund.
  • Providing False Information: In the event that parents provide inaccurate or untrue information about the student prior to the registration period, the school reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the student's enrollment without issuing a refund.
